Rasmalai can be prepared quickly at home. Therefore, the chicks will not be needed. If you have any semolina in your kitchen, stick with it. All other ingredients are available in everyone's kitchen.
Then know the recipe to make rasmalai at home very easily with few ingredients-
1. What needs to be done
2. Semolina - 1/4 cup
3. Milk - 1 cup + 1 cup
4. Ghee - 1 tsp
5. Sugar - 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp
6. Powdered milk - 2 tablespoons
7. Cardamom powder - a pinch
8. Pistachio Crunch - to serve.
How to make
Mix milk, ghee, sugar and semolina well in a pan. Now boil and thicken. Shake dry for 5 minutes. Apply some ghee on your hand while it is still hot to hold it in your hand and make small round sweets.In another pan, mix milk, milk powder and heat. Then add semolina sweets with milk. Now mix cardamom powder in it. I cooked another 2-3 minutes and took it off. Sprinkle a few pistachios on top. Serve chilled.
