2. Powdered milk - half a cup

3. Sour yogurt- 4 tbsp.


How to make:

Burn the milk. When it reduces a little, take a cup of warm milk and mix the powder with it. Then mix it with the rest of the milk. Let the milk boil and reduce it when it comes to half. Cool the milk slightly. When the yolk is hot, add the pre-whipped sour curd along with it. Make sure that there is no water in the curd. .
