Requirements:
1. Semolina- 1 cup
2. Sugar- 1/2 cup
3. Crushed almonds- 1 tablespoon
4. Milk- 1/2 liter
5. Raisins – for serving
6. Cardamom - 2
7. Cinnamon- 2 pieces
8. Bay leaf - 1
How to make:
Put a pan on the stove and lightly fry semolina, cardamom and cinnamon in it on medium flame. Then take it out and keep it in a separate container. Take milk in a vessel and heat it with sugar. When the ball rises, add pre-fried semolina to it. Then add raisins to it. When the milk becomes dry, take it down. Serve with chopped almonds on top.
